Job Description:
Your responsibilities:
  • You are the first point of contact via phone or e-mail for our B2B customers in Italy.
  • As their competent partner, you will help them with all their questions related to orders and deliveries and support them in the best way possible.
  • Your duties also include the acceptance of orders by phone and e-mail and the processing in our ERP system.
  • Servicing our already registered dealers is your focus, but you also help to win new customers and interest them in a cooperation with Parts Europe.
You bring along:
  • You have already gained first professional experience in the areas of customer service, customer support, internal sales or similar.
  • You share our passion for motorcycles, ATV/UTV, bicycles etc. and the associated products and accessories and bring along some technical knowledge about our products.
  • Besides being fluent in Italian, you have a professional level of English (written and spoken).
  • You are open-minded, communicative and have a distinct service and customer orientation.
  • Routine handling of the common MS Office programs and experience in using an ERP system roundyour profile.
