BCIC Swiss GmbH (Best Connect International Company) is seeking an IT Support Specialist on-site in Germany to provide frontline technical support and handle ticketing processes.

You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS environments, support Microsoft Office, printers, and hardware, and coordinate with vendors as needed. A valid German work permit and several years in IT are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid work permit in Germany.
• Several years of experience in the IT field.

Aufgaben

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber as authorized.
• Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
