BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an IT Support Specialist for scheduled visits on-site in Munich, Germany. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and supporting both Windows and macOS systems.

Responsibilities include providing first and second-level support, maintaining ticket updates, and installing and troubleshooting hardware and software. Fluency in German and English, along with a valid work permit, is required.

• Use diagnostic tools for troubleshooting network and hardware/software issues.

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Scheduled visit, on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS , Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber authorized .
• Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid work permit in German
• Local language (German) & English fluency
• Several years of experience in the IT field
