Zusammenfassung

TECEZE is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to deliver L1/L2 support in an enterprise setting. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams, resolve desktop and peripheral issues, and support Active Directory user accounts and credentials.

Responsibilities include onsite and remote support, ITSM ticket handling, imaging/deployment of PCs, and asset management, with escalation to network/server teams as needed. Strong English/German communication is preferred.

• L1/L2 IT support experience required.

• Provide L1/L2 onsite and remote IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and business apps.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Assist Active Directory: user accounts, password resets, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, image, and maintain PCs and peripherals.
• Manage incidents and service requests in ITSM systems within SLA.
• Assist hardware replacement, device provisioning, and asset management.
• Escalate complex issues to network/server/security teams as needed.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base for IT operations.
• Provide professional, customer-focused support to users.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain workplace IT infrastructure in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 onsite and remote IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, monitor, docking station, and peripheral issues.
• Support Active Directory including user accounts, password resets, permissions, and basic group management.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, image, and maintain PCs, laptops, software, and peripherals.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM/ticketing tools within SLA.
• Support hardware replacement, device provisioning, software deployment, and asset management.
• Escalate complex issues to network, server, security, and application teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and IT asset records.
• Provide professional and customer-focused support to users.
