Tech On-Site Support Specialist | Open on rate | Berlin

12-month contract | Immediate start | 100% on-site

I'm working with a global sportswear business strengthening its on-site technology support in Berlin. With a global service desk handling first-line requests, the local team focuses on more complex issues, face-to-face support and keeping workplace technology running smoothly.

You'll be the go-to person for local colleagues, owning technical issues through to resolution and spotting problems before they disrupt the working day.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing walk-in support and resolving escalated L2 hardware, software and SaaS issues.
• Investigating recurring problems and working with engineering teams on permanent fixes.
• Managing hardware provisioning, deployment, inventory and secure disposal.
• Troubleshooting authentication, access and endpoint policy issues.
• Supporting meeting-room technology and live/hybrid events.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong enterprise macOS administration and hands-on MDM troubleshooting.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta/SSO, MFA and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Confidence diagnosing laptop, peripheral and conferencing issues.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or a similar ITSM platform.
• Clear communication, patience and a proactive approach to face-to-face support.

Tech:

macOS, MDM, Google Workspace, Okta, Jira Service Management. Logitech Rally Bar and Google meeting-room hardware experience would be useful.

Location:

Berlin, daily office attendance. Early starts required to cover the beginning of the working day and morning events.
