Job Summary

Provide on‑site technical support in a data center environment, assisting remote teams with physical IT tasks to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑and‑feet support for servers, network, and storage equipment
• Rack, stack, cable, label, and decommission hardware
• Replace failed components (disks, power supplies, cables, etc.)
• Assist with hardware installation, relocation, and upgradesMonitor data center alarms and elevate issues as required
• Maintain inventory and update asset management records
• Follow change management and safety procedures
• Coordinate with remote engineers and vendors

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in data center or IT support roles
• Basic knowledge of servers, networking, and cabling
• Ability to follow technical instructions remotely
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation
• Physically able to lift and move equipment as required

Preferred Skills

• Experience with structured cabling
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows hardware environments
