IT Support Administrator

Your Tasks

• Provide 1st level support to employees via our ticketing system in-person and remote tools (e.g. Teams Intune).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software network and printer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Perform technical setup and configuration of Windows and macOS devices monitors and mobile phones for new starters.
• Handle the full onboarding and offboarding lifecycle including : Account creation in Microsoft Entra ID access provisioning for M365 and business tools (e.g. Dropbox Adobe Asana) asset handover and recovery.
• Maintain our IT inventory and asset tracking system with up-to-date records on device assignment and status.
• Support hardware procurement (sourcing ordering and stock management).
• Keep IT documentation current (e.g. setup guides SOPs checklists).
• Liaise with internal system administrators and external vendors for escalations or project delivery.
• Support IT rollouts such as software deployments network upgrades or user migrations (e.g. email device management).
• Enforce IT best practices and compliance policies

Your Profile

• Proven experience in a desktop support IT helpdesk or similar support role (minimum 3 years).
• Strong working knowledge of : Windows and macOSMicrosoft 365 ecosystem (Teams Outlook SharePoint Exchange)Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD) or similar MDM solutions.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Freshservice Zendesk Jira).
• Basic understanding of networking VPN printers and file-sharing platforms.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving and follow-through.
• Role is Berlin-based with occasional travel
