Responsibilities

• You take responsibility for the planning, control and successful implementation of your projects - from initiation to go-live. You support sales in the presales phase, manage the presales team and support the creation of offers. You coordinate the project team, ensure clear structures and transparent communication. You moderate meetings with customers and internal teams to discuss progress, make decisions and identify risks early on. You monitor project progress, resources and budgets and ensure that all project goals are achieved. You identify potential for improvement in processes and working methods and drive optimization within the project. You act as a central interface between departments, IT departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.

Must-have-Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT project management – ideally in a retail/trade environment. Sound knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban. Experience in successfully implementing IT projects for customers. Confident demeanor, strong communication skills and a good feel for people. Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working. Very good knowledge of German and good English.
