Your responsibilities

• Lead large-scale web projects with significant budgets from start to finish
• Coordinateresources with other PMs and delivery leads to provide for project completion
• Understandand work towards completing project imperatives and achieving the desired business value

Working with Teams

• Run workshops to understand client needs and build relationships
• Keepprojects on track through regular check-ins and quick problem-solving
• Spotrisks early and work with the team to address them
• Helpteams use agile methods effectively and remove project progress blockers

Supporting People

• Mentorteam members and help them grow professionally
• Workwith engineering managers on long-term development plans
• Havehonest conversations when needed and lead by example
• Keepeveryone motivated and working well together

Staying on Track

• Ensure proper usage of the adopted delivery tools and practices for planning and measuring project performance
• Buildan empathic & responsible culture where everyone in the project team takes ownership of the project and the client relationship
• Bridgecommunications between Engineering, Commercial, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Professional-level German language skills for our EMEA clients (C2 to C1 level)
• Skilled at creating and maintaining clear project documentation
• Able to plan resource allocation and prepare for contingencies
• Experienced in prioritizing tasks based on business value and project needs
• Confident in managing budgets and tracking project costs
• Able to spot risks and manage them before they become problems
• Excellent communicator in both writing and speaking
