What you'll do
  • Lead a global initiative aimed at digitalizing People Management processes and unifying the core employee data management at Knauf.
  • Actively drive the project through design, planning, implementation and hypercare phases while managing the key project variables to meet stakeholder and quality expectations.
  • Facilitate effective communications between core project team and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met, fostering strong client relationship and trust.
  • Establish an environment where the team can be effective and focused on their product/solution.
  • Support Product Managers (m/f/d) to facilitate team's progress.
Who you are
  • Proven experience in agile project management with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects, focusing on meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Extensive hands‑on expertise in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, ensuring stakeholders have clear and accurate information about systems, processes, and project progress.
  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), ideally with SAP SuccessFactors plus profound know‑how in Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Strong motivation for change and transformation, viewing it as an opportunity for continuous learning and development as well as a proactive approach to finding solutions for the overall benefit of projects.
