Responsibilities
- • You are the first point of contact for process questions and ensure that ideas and requirements with IT relevance find their way into implementation.
- • You will ensure that ideas are further developed, channeled and prioritized according to their importance to the company and the teams.
- • You accompany the processes of "Demand Management" and provide an overview of all demands and their processing status.
- • As a junior, you will be responsible for the operational control and optimization of processes, and as a senior, for the further development of the demand process.
- • In addition, you will keep all ongoing demands up to date with regard to status and end date and coordinate or moderate the necessary deadlines in the process.
What you should have
- • You have completed a degree with a focus on IT or business.
- • You have 3-7 years of professional experience for a junior position and more than 8 years for a senior position.
- • In your career to date, you have been able to gather well to comprehensive knowledge in classic as well as agile project management.
- • Ideally, you have experience in working with JIRA Agile or Confluence and in requirements management or as a product owner.
- • You are characterized by a proactive approach, characterized by assertiveness and the will to implement.
- • You use your business fluent German (C2) and good English (B2) for communication on different hierarchies.
- • You should be willing to travel 1 to 2 days per month.
