• Handle incidents in 1st- and, in some cases, 2nd-level support
• Assist users with the use of hardware and software
• Document all activities in the Jira ticketing system
• Analyze and resolve issues in client, network, and workplace environments
• Install, configure, and replace notebooks, PCs, printers, monitors, docking stations, and presentation solutions
• Carry out workplace relocations and hardware and software rollouts, including hardware refreshes, software distribution, and imaging
• Support network-related tasks
• Coordinate external service providers when required
• Work closely with IT colleagues
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
• Participate in the daily IT service duty roster

Requirements

• Completed IT training, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration, or an equivalent qualification
• Relevant professional experience in IT onsite or field service is also welcome
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• Initial experience in server administration is advantageous
• Experience in client support, hardware diagnostics, and the replacement and setup of IT hardware
• Confident use of ticketing systems, such as Jira, and remote support tools
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs
• Initial experience with PowerShell, Wireshark, or the OSI model is advantageous
• Class B driver's license
• Willingness to occasionally work at additional locations
• Strong service and solution orientation, with a passion for direct user interaction
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Excellent communication skills, friendliness, and resilience
• Very good written and spoken German (C1)
• Interest in new IT technologies and professional development
• Willingness to undergo a security clearance check as part of the hiring process
