Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an IT infrastructure specialist to operate and advance a heterogeneous server and client environment in Berlin. You will modernize our IT stack with containers and open-source tools, while automating tasks through scripts and deployment workflows.

You will manage Windows servers, VMware virtualization, Exchange/M365, and network security, collaborating with specialists and end users to deliver reliable services. Proactive support and documentation are ключ elements.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the areas listed above is desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Windows Server, MS Exchange, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and Linux server systems
• Experience with MS Azure environments is an advantage
• Collegial manner, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness
• Enjoyment of sharing knowledge with others
• Independent, solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving
• Very good German language skills (C1), both written and spoken
• Good English language skills (B2), both written and spoken
