Jobtailor is seeking a skilled IT System Administrator in Germany (Chemnitz area) to manage complex IT environments, Azure and Microsoft 365, and healthcare IT interests. You will handle server OS, virtualization, networks, security, and on-call rotations, collaborating with teams and external providers.

The role emphasizes documenting processes, coordinating IT projects, and implementing new systems while ensuring compliance with security policies. Fluency in German is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification.

• Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft 365 product family.

Aufgaben

• Communicate with customers, develop solutions, and analyze incidents.
• Identify suitable solutions through the ticketing system as part of 3rd-level support.
• Monitor the supported systems landscape and resolve issues as they arise.
• Install, configure, document, and maintain network, hardware, and software solutions.
• Independently analyze and document processes and incident scenarios, and resolve disruptions.
• Contribute to IT projects and independently take responsibility for planning, coordination, documentation, and implementation.
• Implement new systems and migrate existing systems.
• Support projects from the initial idea through successful rollout.
• Coordinate external service providers as needed and ensure professional collaboration.
• Ensure the security and integrity of systems and comply with applicable security policies and measures.
