Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training, e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience providing service-oriented customer support in an IT support environment
• Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux client and server environments
• Knowledge of common networking technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
• Knowledge of administering users and groups in Microsoft Active Directory
• Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring systems
