Jobtailor in Germany is seeking an IT Team Lead to drive the onsite IT team, ensuring stable and secure operations across multiple sites. You will own escalation for critical incidents, plan capacity and shifts, and collaborate with IT Security and network teams on rollouts.

Requirements include a degree in computer science or related field, several years in IT support, leadership experience, and proficiency in Windows, AD, and M365. German and English fluency required.

Requirements

• Proven professional and disciplinary leadership experience in an IT environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows client administration; macOS experience is a plus, as well as Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Experience working with hardware and peripheral devices, along with diagnosing client and network issues
• Basic knowledge of common networking technologies, such as LAN, WLAN, and VPN, and an understanding of IT security concepts
• Experience operating and administering virtualization environments, such as VMware ESXi, and backup solutions, such as Veeam
• Experience working with ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and documentation platforms
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Experience in rollout or project environments, as well as in a manufacturing company, is a plus
