Jobtailor in Düsseldorf is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to join the Managed Services team. You will support and monitor customer IT environments, analyze incidents, and implement sustainable solutions.

You will manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, storage and backups; coordinate changes; utilize monitoring, ticketing, and automation tools; and grow professionally while delivering excellent service in German.

Qualifikationen

• Vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification.
• At least two years of professional experience in administering or operating IT infrastructures.
• Experience with IT service providers or MSPs is a plus.
• Broad IT generalist able to handle multiple infrastructure topics.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with virtualization, storage, and backups is advantageous.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, reliable, and service-focused with strong communication.
• Very good German language skills at native level.

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for Systems Integration, or hold a comparable qualification.
• You have at least two years of professional experience in the administration or operation of IT infrastructures.
• Ideally, you have already worked for an IT service provider, systems integrator, or managed services provider.
• You are a broad-based IT generalist and are comfortable working with a variety of infrastructure topics.
• You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with virtualization, servers, storage, and backup is an advantage.
• You work analytically, are solution-oriented, and reliable.
• A strong service orientation and good communication skills are second nature to you.
• Very good German skills at native-speaker level are required.
