Requirements

• Completed IT training, for example as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration, or an equivalent qualification
• Relevant professional experience in IT on-site or field service is also welcome
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• Initial experience in server administration is an advantage
• Experience in client support, hardware diagnostics, and the replacement and setup of IT hardware
• Confident use of ticketing systems such as Jira and remote-support tools
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs
• Initial experience with PowerShell, Wireshark, or the OSI model is an advantage
• Class B driver’s license
• Willingness to occasionally work at additional locations
• Strong service and solution orientation, with a genuine interest in direct user interaction
