Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Mülheim an der Ruhr is seeking a diligent IT Support Specialist for on-site assistance. You will be the first contact for employees, delivering 1st-level support, maintaining workstations, and assisting onboarding/offboarding processes.

You will support the central IT team with Microsoft 365 environments, Entra ID, AD, Exchange Online, Intune, and Enreach Swyx, collaborating closely with Kienzle Beteiligung GmbH. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• First point of contact for employees regarding IT questions and on-site issues in Mülheim.
• Provide 1st-level support, analyze and classify requests, and escalate more complex issues to the central 2nd-level support team.
• Set up workstations, laptops, PCs, monitors, and peripheral devices.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain hardware, printers, and network connections, and resolve minor technical issues on-site.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets.
• Document IT processes.
• Support software installations, migrations, and IT projects.
• Support the central IT team in administering the Microsoft environment, including Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Intune, as well as Enreach Swyx.
• Work closely with the central IT team of Kienzle Beteiligung GmbH (holding company)
