Intersnack is seeking an IT Communications & Marketing Manager in Düsseldorf to lead IT communications and marketing efforts. This role will involve developing strategies, creating content, and collaborating with various teams to promote the importance of IT in the organization. Candidates should have a degree related to the field and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

How you will spend your time as our next IT Communications & Marketing Manager :
As our IT Communications & Marketing Manager, you’ll ensure that IT projects, successes, and services are communicated clearly, consistently, and creatively. You’ll support internal and external campaigns, develop storytelling formats, and manage IT content across various channels. You will help IT to connect, inspire, and lead through communication.
Develop and deliver communication strategies for IT initiatives and services
Create engaging content like newsletters, videos, presentations, and intranet articles
Act as a communications partner for the CIO and IT leadership team
Promote IT's image through internal campaigns and external platforms such as LinkedIn
Collaborate with HR and corporate communications to support IT hiring campaigns and position IT as a top employer
Develop internal storytelling formats such as success stories and employee spotlights to showcase IT's achievements and culture
Plan and manage communication for IT changes, rollouts, and transformation programmes
Drive engagement through formats like town halls, newsletters, surveys, and regular feedback loops
Use targeted messaging to strengthen collaboration between IT and business functions
Take ownership of IT content across platforms such as the intranet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
Ensure all communication aligns with corporate branding and messaging standards
What we expect of you :
A degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in internal communications, IT marketing, or change communication, ideally in an international and / or technology-focused environment
Excellent storytelling and content creation skills, including visual and video formats
Strong ability to translate complex IT topics into clear and engaging messages
Familiarity with digital communication tools like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and LinkedIn
A flair for visual communication and an understanding of working across diverse cultures
A proactive mindset and strong service orientation
Ability to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural / geographically diverse environment
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations
A strong command of spoken and written English is a must, and knowledge of German is a plus
