We are hiring an

IT Business Architect - EMEA Operations (m/f/d) - Hechingen, Germany

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design end-to-end business processes across EMEA operations to identify digitalization and automation opportunities
• Act as a strategic liaison between Operations, IT, and central functions to align solution designs and execution
• Define and support a digitalization strategy aligned with corporate and regulatory objectives
• Facilitate the standardization of systems and processes across multiple sites for harmonization and scalability
• Contribute to the setup of a regional digitization and process architecture team
• Advise on selection and implementation of new IT tools in collaboration with global teams
• Deliver ERP process enhancements and ensure integration into the global system landscape
• Develop technical architectures, future-state concepts, and IT delivery roadmaps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Business Process, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a regulated or manufacturing environment
• Deep understanding of business process design and operational excellence
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV or 365 BC)
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred)
• Ability to lead cross-regional initiatives and translate business requirements into IT solutions
• Structured, analytical mindset and strong communication skills
• Fluency in both English and German
