To strengthen our IT department, which currently has around 150 employees, we are looking for an immediate start at our location in Landshut or Munich for a
IT administrator or IT administrator
with a focus on training (m / f / d)
Your tasks during training
- Practical training of junior staff on the Business Informatics degree course and in the IT specialist system integration apprenticeship
- Creation and release of learning media, e.g. creation and maintenance of instructional videos
- Training, assessment and promotion of junior staff
- Independent monitoring and review of completed tasks and projects
- Participation in welcome events and introductory seminars
- Implementation and supervision of certain situational projects
Your tasks in administration
- Performing administrative tasks in at least one of the following areas:
- Server operating systems (Windows / Linux)
- Relational database systems (Oracle / MS SQL Server)
- Directory services and IAM systems (Microsoft AD / LDAP)
- Public key infrastructure
- Planning, design and operation of complex network environments
- Installation, maintenance and operation of server applications
- Automation using scripting languages
- Operation of container orchestration environments
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable field of study, alternatively
- Successfully completed further training in the field of IT
- relevant experience in the field of IT
- Experience in both areas of responsibility (training of junior IT staff and administration) required
- Knowledge of the effects of demographic change on the IT training of junior staff
- Willingness to provide the required proof of vocational and occupational pedagogical knowledge in accordance with the Trainer Aptitude Ordinance

- Analytical, logical, structured and conceptual thinking skills
