IT Administrator Windows (m / f / d)

Permanent position, full-time - Cologne

Your tasks

• Supporting our customers with technical problems (hardware and software) - remotely and on site
• Administration and maintenance of server, network and client infrastructure.
• Administration of Microsoft cloud environments (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure).
• Independent implementation of system and data migrations.
• Maintenance and further development of IT documentation.

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable qualification.
• Sound knowledge of Windows servers, network technologies and client systems.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Knowledge of network security, routing and switching.
• Independent, structured way of working and high customer orientation.
• Good written and spoken German. (Language level C1 or better).
• Good knowledge of English.
• Driving license class B.
