IT Administrator – Focus Systems, Networks, and Security (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the IT infrastructure runs smoothly and securely, collaborating with external IT service providers.
• Set up, maintain, and monitor the network infrastructure.
• Administer virtual machines, primarily Windows Server.
• Contribute to IT security management, supporting the implementation of ISO 27001 and NIS2 standards.
• Provision and set up new workstations at the Hamburg office and handle device management via Microsoft Intune (Windows 11, iOS, Android).
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Participate in planning and executing IT projects, potentially with external partners (e.g., migrations, reorganizations, integrations).

Profile

• Completed apprenticeship and hold a degree focused on IT or a comparable qualification, with professional experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Service‑oriented mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and a keen interest in efficient workflows and quality assurance.
• Independent, structured working style, high initiative, flexibility, and team orientation.
• Confident in troubleshooting hardware and software issues (e.g., frozen screens, misbehaving printers).
• Practical understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and mobile device support.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, able to communicate user‑oriented messages clearly and patiently.
