To support our growing operations, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Internal IT Administrator to join our dynamic team in Ingolstadt, Germany. In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure while ensuring the highest levels of security and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, and patch Linux and Linux server operating environments.


• Oversee network and server technology to ensure stable and efficient operations.


• Implement and maintain IT security measures to safeguard company data, systems, and infrastructure.


• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network‑related issues.


• Collaborate with internal teams to design, plan, and deploy new IT solutions.


• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.


• Manage and administer the company’s Microsoft 365 (M365) environment.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Linux and Linux server operating systems.


• Enthusiasm for network and server technologies.


• Certification in network or server administration (a plus).


• Reliable, self‑driven, and eager to learn and experiment with new technologies and software.


• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.


• Interest in IT security, infrastructure, and operations.
