Jobbeschreibung

• Working closely with Founders (CEO / CFO) and Senior Finance Leadership on high-priority financing transactions and strategic projects. All projects will have a critical impact.
• End-to-end ownership of multiple transaction and due diligence workstreams
• Preparation of investment memorandums, board decks and other critical materials.
• Conduct due diligence on potential acquisition targets
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on potential markets and market participants
• Developing financial models and forecasts
• Participating in the structuring of equity and debt financings with significant ownership of outcomes
• Developing a deep understanding of market and competitive dynamics
• Building and maintaining relationships with investment banks, law firms, advisors and other third parties.

Qualifications

• You have completed your studies in a relevant field (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, business or a quantitative field)
• You have taken responsibility on critical financing transactions before and have 3-5 years of relevant experience in at least one of the following: an investment role in private equity or venture capital, investment banking, a high-growth startup or top-tier management consulting with exposure to relevant topics
• You are an exceptionally strong communicator and critical thinker
• You have a strong analytical and financial background and an eye for details.
• You can work independently and as part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
• You have a tolerance for complexity and are familiar with LMA-style financing agreements
• You are fluent in English. German understanding is required.
