Lufthansa is offering an HR internship in Frankfurt to immerse you in aviation HR support for ground staff. You will join the team from day one and gain experience across core HR processes, internal communications, and HR development initiatives.

Responsibilities include supporting HR projects, advising with specialists, and contributing to employee communications as you learn modern people management practices.

Are you interested in HR and ready for an internship that will immerse you in the exciting world of aviation? Then we are looking for you! We are responsible for the HR support of LH Airlines ground staff. Our interns are part of our team right from the start and have the opportunity to gain experience in various HR topics.

Tasks

• Gain practical experience in operational HR management by gaining insight into all core HR processes, including advising specialist departments and collaborating with employee representative bodies
• Play an active role in a variety of HR projects and become involved in key HR topics from the very beginning
• Support and help shape internal communication activities through intranet content, eBase publications, mailings, and other communication channels
• Participating in initiatives related to Learning & Development while gaining exposure to various areas of HR development and supporting the continuous improvement of training and development programs
• Contribute to the enhancement of HR processes and initiatives while building a strong understanding of modern people management practices

Requirements

• Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
• Good communication skills
• Analytical thinking skills
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
