Job summary

Die Lufthansa Group sucht engagierte Studierende im dritten Semester für ein Praktikum im HR-Bereich. Sie unterstützen Rekrutierung, Onboarding und Ausbildungsprogramme und arbeiten in einem motivierten Team an vielfältigen Projekten mit.

Sie begleiten Bewerberinnen und Trainees durch den gesamten Prozess, organisieren Orientierungstage, erledigen administrative Aufgaben und entwickeln Einblicke in Talentakquise, Onboarding und Personalentwicklung.

Qualifications

• Im Studium fortgeschrittenes Semester (mind. drittes Semester)
• Interesse an Personalwesen, Training oder Kommunikation
• Organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Teamgeist und Freude am Arbeiten mit Menschen
• Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• MS Office-Kompetenzen (insb. PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung im Rekrutierungsprozess, Bewerberauswahl, Kommunikation und Bewerberbetreuung
• Unterstützung bei Vor- und Onboarding-Aktivitäten, Organisation von Orientierungstagen für Auszubildende
• Administrative-Unterstützung über Rekrutierung, Onboarding und Training
• Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung technischer Ausbildungsprogramme
• Beitrag zu Auszubildenden-Aktivitäten und Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern im Rekrutierung- und Ausbildungsumfeld
• Entwicklung von Einblicken in Talentakquise, Onboarding und Personalentwicklung durch praktische HR-Erfahrung

• Gain practical experience in the recruitment process by supporting candidate selection, communication, and applicant assistance throughout hiring stages
• Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities, including the organization and execution of orientation days for new trainees.
• Provide organizational and administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
• Participating in projects focused on the continuous improvement and further development of technical training programs.
• Contribute to trainee-related activities and collaborate with stakeholders involved in recruitment and vocational training
• Develop insights into talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce development through hands‑on HR experience

Qualifikation:

At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of your degree

• Enrolment for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrolment and, in the case of a mandatory internship, written confirmation of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between your bachelor's and master's degrees (Gap Year)
• Interest in human resources management, training or communication
• Organisational skills, team spirit and a passion for working with people
• Independent, reliable and structured approach to work
• Fluency in German and English
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint)
