Job summary

Lufthansa is seeking an intern to join our Talent & Leadership Development team in Frankfurt. You will gain insight into development programs and actively contribute to ongoing projects in a supportive environment.

Focus on HR topics, shadow colleagues, and help design and implement leadership programs for executives and diverse work environments in the international airline industry. Fluency in German and English is required, and the internship is paid.

Qualifications

• You should be focusing on HR as part of your major or have a strong interest in the field.
• Must be nearing end of bachelor's degree at the time of the internship.
• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (certificate of enrollment required) or the internship must take place between bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year).
• Strong communication skills, independence, and organizational skills
• Creativity and enthusiasm
• Hands-on approach
• Fluency in written communication
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Proficiency in creating presentations

• Acquiring practical skills with a focus on talent and leadership development processes, as well as their operational and strategic implementation
• Supporting the redesign of a program for first-line leadership, the further development of additional talent programs, and the design and implementation of training for executives and HR professionals in the diverse work environment of the international airline industry
• Managing and coordinating projects, as well as participant management
• Potential and performance management analyses, as well as communication and support for talent conferences
• Participation in workshops, departmental meetings, project meetings, team meetings, and talent and leadership programs
