Die Lufthansa Group sucht motivierte Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten, die praktische Erfahrungen im Bordservice sammeln möchten. Sie arbeiten an Produktkonzepten, Serviceprozessen und Sonderaktionen mit und unterstützen Projekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg.

Zu den Aufgaben gehört die Mitarbeit im Provider-Management sowie Qualitätssicherung im Catering. Flexible Arbeitszeiten, Parkmöglichkeiten und Mitarbeiterevents runden das Angebot ab.

Qualifications

• Online-Test erforderlich.
• Im Praktikum mindestens im dritten Semester eingeschrieben sein.
• Für die ganze Dauer des Praktikums Immatrikulationsbescheinigung und Nachweis des Pflichtpraktikums beilegen.
• In-Between-Bachelor-Master Gap Year möglich.
• Motivation, Kundenorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
• Interesse an Bordservice und Catering.
• Gute MS-Office- und Englischkenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• Praktische Erfahrungen bei der Entwicklung von Produktkonzepten, Serviceprozessen und Sonderaktionen im Bordservice sammeln.
• Innovative Projekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus unterstützen – von Konzept bis Monitoring.
• Unterstützung im Provider-Management und der Qualitätssicherung im Cateringbereich.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen der Lufthansa Group across Abteilungen.
• Tägliche Geschäftsabläufe kennenlernen und Bordservice-Prozesse verstehen.

Aufgaben:

• Gain practical experience in developing product concepts, service processes, and special promotions within the in-flight service environment
• Support innovative projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept creation and implementation to monitoring and evaluation
• Assist in provider management and quality assurance activities in the catering sector
• Participating in cross-functional collaboration with various interfaces across the Lufthansa Group
• Contribute to daily business operations while learning about in-flight service management processes and challenges
• Explore additional projects and topics that provide broad exposure to different business areas during your internship

• You complete an Online Test
• To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship
• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
