What awaits you at Mynaric

We are looking for a skilled Service and Maintenance Technician to manage and maintain the key production equipment and workstations used in our production assembly facility. In addition, the role will support essential safety practices and basic facility management where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery and work stations
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Oversee the calibration of production equipment and ensure compliance with production standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
• Maintain detailed records of tools issued and coordinate maintenance and replacement thereof
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or servicing when required.

Safety and Facility Support

• Conduct regular equipment safety checks and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Support production teams in maintaining safe working conditions around high-precision equipment.
• Assist in managing basic facility needs related to production operations, including supporting the implementation of layout changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in maintaining high-precision manufacturing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with calibration processes and standards.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of calibration tools and processes for high-precision manufacturing.
• Familiarity with equipment safety standards.
