A heritage tobacco manufacturer in Germany is seeking an Industrial Controller to support operational management and activities analysis. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in controlling, a Bachelor's degree in finance, and strong SAP and Excel skills. Our finance’s team is looking for a result driven Industrial Controller, responsible to support operations or departments in managing and monitoring their activities and risks. · Further develop & harmonize the industrial controlling environment allowing to interpreting the operational & financial data through improved SAP (BI) & PowerBI tools
· Actively work on validating and adjusting the local ERP parameters (mainly transformation cost drivers)
· Monitor the standardization in approach, tools and reports between different operation departments and factories
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance (a master’s degree in finance or business administration is a plus).
· 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar position (Industrial controlling/costing experience)
· Strong knowledge of Excel and with SAP is required, Powerpoint, PowerBI is an asset
· Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German
· Analytical thinker who is driven by results, continuous improvement
· Ability to synthesize complex situation
· High interpersonal & communication skills to interact with different interlocutors (head of department, operations staff, etc.)
