  • Own updates to process documents and policies, ensuring alignment with Omnea workflows and governance.
  • Ensure that all workflows utilize platforms AI capabilities.
  • Maintain a multi-year product roadmap covering intake, workflows, sourcing, contracting handoffs, supplier onboarding, and integrations.
  • Align Omnea roadmap with oracle cloud capabilities and FY27 objectives (all processes in Omnea except contracting).
  • Omnea: design, configure, and deploy workflows, intake forms, rules, and automations; manage releases, environments, and role‑based access.
  • Oracle cloud procurement: coordinate issue fixes with IT (and SME for direct procurement), optimize configurations, and support process improvements.
  • Build reusable components (workflow templates, validations, data checks) to accelerate change delivery.
  • Establish and meet SLAs for incident response, change requests, and releases.
  • Implement governance: SOPs, playbooks, version control, change logs, and audit trails.
  • Own data quality in Omnea and reconciliation rules with oracle cloud / ServiceNow.
  • Lead integrations between Omnea, oracle cloud, ServiceNow, and other enterprise tools.
  • Drive API / connector utilization, field mappings, and data validation routines for seamless orchestration.
  • Convene prioritization forums with functional leads (TPRM, workflows, intake, sourcing, contracting).
  • Translate business needs into technical designs; deliver configuration changes independently.
  • Provide enablement & training to super users; publish release notes and change communications.
  • Define and track KPIs (cycle times, touchless rates, backlog aging, adoption, data quality scores).
  • Produce dashboards and quarterly health reviews for leadership.
  • Own tail spend analytics and insights to drive cost optimization and compliance.

  • Strong understanding of indirect procurement processes and cross‑functional orchestration.
  • Proven track record driving tool roadmaps, integrations (Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow), and change governance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and program management skills.
  • Experience operating in a global environment across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Experience in leading tool migration or large‑scale procurement transformation programs is a plus.
