Your Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for day‑to‑day operations in real estate investment, asset management, project development, and property management.
• Advise on real estate transactions (asset and share deals), including due diligence and contract drafting/negotiation.
• Structure project companies within the group and with external partners.
• Draft and review contracts in construction and real estate law.
• Handle legal disputes and liaise with external law firms, notaries, and tax advisors.

Your Profile

• Fully qualified lawyer (Second State Examination) with several years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction and real estate law, plus corporate, investment, and tax law.
• Independent, structured work style with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent German; English proficiency is a plus.
