KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for a HR Process Automatization Specialist (Key User) (m/f/d) to join our Global Business Operations (GBO) in Berlin. In this full-time, permanent role, you will drive digital transformation within HR by enhancing processes, implementing automation solutions, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.

Your tasks – Where challenge meets responsibility:
  • Lead initiatives to standardize HR processes, automate operational tasks, and drive digital transformation within the GBO HR Team
  • Support the team with technical skills and guidance on tools, systems utilization and process knowledge
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains through the adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions
  • Manage and coordinate projects requiring advanced technical and/or process knowledge, ensuring successful implementation of new solutions
  • Create and updates documentation, such as training materials and user for existing and newly deployed solutions
  • Work closely with other GBO Key Users and the Functional Automation Lead HR, to coordinate digital transformation projecs, including the steering of external consultants and developers
  • Drive the design of digital HR solutions that support process and tools harmonization in alignment with other functional teams
Your profile – Where expertise meets personality:
  • Proven senior-level expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including hands-on, development, governance environments, and maintenance of solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI
  • Advance Excel skills, including complex formulas, Power Query, data modeling, and automation use cases
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies across IT projects and experience with HR systems and HR processes are advantages
  • Proven program and project management skills, combined with strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Team-oriented mindset (ideally experience working in a Shared Service environment) with a collaborative approach to solving challenges and sharing knowledge
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with a strong affinity for process and solution documentation
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. German is not mandatory
