Your role

Reporting to the Head of HRBP & HRO - LUX, you will act as a key partner on HR matters for our staff and management. As HR Officer (HRO), you will play a key role in supporting HR Business Partners (HRPBs) with daily operations and staff queries. As Recruiter for some business lines, your role involves managing the full recruitment process. You will collaborate with the HRBPs to support our local initiatives and ensure alignment with business line practices and Group-level policies, acting as one Pictet.

  • Conducting the recruitment (preparing and publishing job advertisements, analysing the applications received and liaising with the hiring managers for dissemination and follow-up, contacting applicants and scheduling interviews).
  • Establishing employment contracts and managing the onboarding of new joiners.
  • Ensuring the administrative follow-up of employees' files (start dates, trial periods, transfers, departures, drafting career biographies for long service milestones, coordination with the HR management).
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for employees.
Your profile
  • A Master\'s degree in a relevant field, or a qualification deemed equivalent (Human Resources, psychology…).
  • Three to five years’ experience as an HR Officer or a similar HR function and working in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and a background in the financial sector.
  • Provide pragmatic solutions in areas such as recruitment, organisational development, etc.
  • Proactivity and ability to navigate smoothly in a complex, fast-paced and inter-connected environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, a sense of rigour and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills and keen sense of empathy. Ability to develop relationships based on mutual trust.
  • Excellent communication skills : ability to interact tactfully with varied and exacting interlocutors in an international and multicultural environment. Public-speaking skills and a capacity to present your views convincingly.
  • MBTI or Insight MDI certification, or willingness to achieve certification.
  • Excellent command of English and French; knowledge of German would be a real asset.
  • Skilled user of the standard MS Office applications.
  • Absolute discretion and an awareness of the need to respect confidentiality.
