Your responsibilities

• Strategic HR leadership for the Business Line Cleaning and acting as a sparring partner to management (including close collaboration with the Managing Director for the business line Cleaning and heads of key central functions such as CFO)
• Disciplinary leadership and development of the HR team in DACH and Ireland
• End‑to‑end responsibility for the employee lifecycle
• Leadership and implementation of strategic HR initiatives and projects (Learning & Development Talent & Succession Culture Compensation & Benefits HR Analytics AI initiatives retention and networking programs)
• Close collaboration with HR Managers of other business lines HR Shared Services and the Recruiting Team
• Hands‑on HR work in day‑to‑day operations
• Project work to optimize processes and KPIs and optional development into a cross‑functional Kaizen Facilitator
• Work location: Home Office; optionally Dreieich; travel within DACH & Ireland

Your profile

• Completed degree in business administration HR management business psychology or a comparable qualification with a strategic HR focus
• Several years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in an international environment ideally with disciplinary leadership responsibility and management of complex HR structures
• Business‑fluent German and English skills for collaboration with international stakeholders and HR teams (DACH & Ireland)
• In‑depth expertise in HR operations solid knowledge of labor law and proven experience in using HR management tools (Talent & Succession Planning Performance Management Compensation & Benefits HR Analytics)
• Strong consulting communication and sparring skills for close collaboration with senior leadership and central functions
• High level of initiative a structured and solution‑oriented working style and a strong hands‑on mentality in both strategic and operational topics
• Confident demeanor decisiveness and experience in stakeholder management as well as supporting change transformation and organizational development processes
