We are looking for a new HR Manager for our Human Resources team at our Munich or Augsburg locations to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will inspire us with empathy, authenticity, clear communication, reliability, and openness to new ideas, and will actively shape our corporate culture with heart and mind.
In your daily work, you will lead a dedicated team, oversee our HR processes and foster a strong, inclusive corporate culture.
One of your first projects will be to work with your team to develop and implement the HR strategy for Switzerland. The goal is to build a stable and efficient cross‑border HR organization.
