Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der allgemeinen Personalwirtschaft, idealerweise in einem Unternehmensumfeld.
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.

About the Role

As an HR Manager, you will be the key partner for managers and employees in your area of responsibility, supporting Essity’s HR strategy.

What You Will Do
  • You respond quickly to operational HR matters related to performance management, organizational and personnel development, and change management.

  • You act as a sparring partner on topics such as workforce planning, annual organizational and talent reviews, career management, and team development.

  • You collaborate closely with HR colleagues and specialists such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and the local works council.

  • You advise on labor law, collective agreements, and HR policy matters affecting employees.

  • You enjoy facilitating team workshops.

Who You Are

  • A degree in business administration with a focus on HR management or a comparable qualification.

  • At least 2 years of experience in generalist HR work, ideally in a corporate environment or with works council collaboration.

  • A great team player with a positive personality who easily builds networks and maintains strong relationships.

  • A customer-oriented, independent, and responsible working style.

  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor.

  • Fluent in German and English.
