An international software company based in Munich is looking for an HR Generalist who excels at building structure and enhancing employee experiences. This hands-on role involves managing HR operations, payroll coordination for Germany and France, and supporting a collaborative culture. This role is hands‑on and full of impact: you’ll help us run excellent HR operations while evolving smarter, more scalable processes for an international company.
