Position: HR Business Partner (m/f/d), Densborn (Vulkaneifel) | Full-time

Your responsibilities:

• Advising our leadership team at German locations
• Collaborating with the international HR Director on HR strategies, policies, and programs
• Providing expert advice on German labor law, HR policies, and procedures
• Supporting talent management activities such as recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Implementing employee retention initiatives and developing company culture
• Organizing and overseeing training and development programs
• Collaborating with the works council

Your profile:

• Relevant studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar, or comparable commercial qualification with HR experience
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of German labor law
• Experience working with works councils
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
