Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or similar strategic HR role in tech or fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of performance management and people operations
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills with a proactive and structured approach
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for supporting decision-making
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate people challenges into practical solutions
- Skilled in working with tools Jira, Confluence and Looker Studio
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership & Leadership Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related issues including structure, culture, retention, and conflict resolution. Conduct syncs and strategic HR check-ins with department managers.
- HR Policy & Change Management: Lead the creation and implementation of HR policies and frameworks. Coordinate change management initiatives across departments.
- Performance, Growth & Succession: Own the full performance review and assessment process. Lead company-wide succession planning initiatives. Identify training needs and align them with business goals.
- People Analytics & Reporting: Lead employee engagement surveys and analyze trends in satisfaction, turnover, and performance. Prepare quarterly strategic HR reports using Looker Studio. Identify organizational risks and improvement opportunities.
- Strategic Planning & OKR Facilitation: Facilitate OKR sessions with department leads.
