Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or similar strategic HR role in tech or fast-paced environments

  • Strong knowledge of performance management and people operations

  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills with a proactive and structured approach

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for supporting decision-making

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate people challenges into practical solutions

  • Skilled in working with tools Jira, Confluence and Looker Studio


Responsibilities


  1. Strategic Partnership & Leadership Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related issues including structure, culture, retention, and conflict resolution. Conduct syncs and strategic HR check-ins with department managers.

  2. HR Policy & Change Management: Lead the creation and implementation of HR policies and frameworks. Coordinate change management initiatives across departments.

  3. Performance, Growth & Succession: Own the full performance review and assessment process. Lead company-wide succession planning initiatives. Identify training needs and align them with business goals.

  4. People Analytics & Reporting: Lead employee engagement surveys and analyze trends in satisfaction, turnover, and performance. Prepare quarterly strategic HR reports using Looker Studio. Identify organizational risks and improvement opportunities.

  5. Strategic Planning & OKR Facilitation: Facilitate OKR sessions with department leads.
