Summary of the role :

We are looking for a clever HR-Admistrator (f / m / d) for our human resources department who will support us in the areas of administration, recruiting and preparatory payroll accounting to help our business grow. In this varied and generalistic role, you are the central interface for important HR disciplines and work closely with the HR manager. You have many threads that come together every day, so you are the direct contact person for our colleagues. Which role will you play :

  • Supporting the HR manager with the entire HR administration of almost 100 employees for three companies spread over two locations (Cologne and Frankfurt)
  • This includes, above all, support with daily HR administration such as contract and file management (analog and digital), certificate creation, correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance companies, offices and authorities
  • You also take care of the certification and reporting system and are also experienced in compiling numbers and data for reports, evaluations and audits
  • In this important position, you are a central link between employees, teams, managers and management and are available to them as a competent contact person for their concerns
  • You support the preparatory payroll accounting - always in contact with our payroll provider and our colleagues in Prague
  • Last but not least, you are also willing to provide support with recruiting by entering vacant positions into our HCM system Workday and always ensuring that our data is up to date
  • You will also support the systemic implementation of onboarding and offboarding so that we can ensure an optimal employee life cycle from start to finish

Who are we looking for this role?

  • You have initial relevant experience in the area of HR administration and are also familiar with relevant legal requirements
  • You have a degree in business administration, human resources or can demonstrate comparable commercial training
  • You work conscientiously, carefully and enjoy dealing with people or, ideally, have a good understanding of people
