Overview

Sep 25, 2025 - Tek Systems is hiring a remote Sr. Project Manager. Salary: USD 70 per hour. Location: USA.

Responsibilities

• Manage the TEK Construction market team ensuring clear communication and direction and all related processes, procedures and information meet expectations.
• Lead day-to-day customer leadership relationship; mentor the team to remove interference and resistance; provide insight and guidance to the team and client as required.
• Assist in the resolution of client and vendor / GC escalations.
• Responsible for the effective management of all assigned small cell projects and their associated schedules and deliverables.
• Proactively identify issues impacting timely project completion and target run rates; apply solutions to maintain volume targets.

Key Tasks & Additional Details

• Lead external deployment meetings with GCs and vendors to schedule effectively and report progress (CoP, RMA, Outage CRs, etc.).
• Target 50 power and 50 RAN upgrades per week.
• Attend client meetings and provide status reports as required; escalate appropriately and resolve conflicts proactively.
• Maintain all data in designated project trackers with complete accuracy.
• Coordinate with client teams for clean handoffs to GC active schedules.
• Manage outage notifications to ensure every scheduled upgrade has an approved CR / outage in client and customer systems (ServiceNow and PIER).
• Target no aging RMA; CoP management and reporting to ensure CoP are submitted within 5-7 days.

Workplace & Pay

Pay: The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00/hr.

This is a fully remote position.
