About the role

We're on the hunt for a Finance Support Officer who is ready to jump in and make a real impact on our day-to-day operations. This isn't just about crunching numbers; it's about being the go-to person who keeps our finance engine running smoothly. You'll be the bridge between our finance team and the rest of the business, helping everyone from our creative teams to our leadership navigate the procurement process with ease.

Responsibilities

• Managing our purchase requisition process and liaising with teams across the business.
• Serving as the main point of contact between our Accounts Payable team and other departments.
• Coordinating credit card processes and ensuring monthly reports are submitted on time.
• Assisting in generating standard reports for month-end and other ad hoc analysis.
• Supporting internal and external audits by gathering and organising necessary documentation.
• Monitoring our internal communications channels to direct finance queries to the right people.
• Helping with the rollout of new finance tools and processes.
• Handling general finance administration and coordination tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• You have 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, finance support, or business operations role.
• You are a master of detail with a knack for strong coordination and problem-solving.
• You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
• You’re a proactive doer who takes ownership of your work and sees tasks through to the end.
• You have a good understanding of procurement and other core finance processes.
• You're comfortable with business software, especially ERP systems like Workday, SAP, or Netsuite.
• You can work independently but also thrive as part of a team.
• You’re committed to continuous improvement and service excellence.
