As Head of Customer Interaction undamp; Business Intelligence Solutions (f/m/d), you will lead a diverse, international team of experts focused on strategic advisory and delivery of cutting-edge solutions in the fields of Conversational AI and Dashboard-as-a-Service (DaaS). Your team plays a critical role in transforming customer experience through digital avatars, AI agents, and data-driven insights. Together, you will drive E.ON’s ambition to offer seamless and intelligent digital interactions to both internal and external customers.
