We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition who will have an amazing opportunity to help build, optimize and drive best‑in‑class talent initiatives for Delivery Hero across APAC, EU & Turkey region.

You will be a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team developing and setting direction for consistent ways of working across 18 markets across EU, Turkey & APAC aligning with our peers globally.

You will lead a team of talent acquisition partners focused on hiring for sales/commercial roles across 18 markets, APAC, EU & Turkey. You will develop the overall vision and long‑term strategy for how the team consistently partners with the business to deliver great outcomes. You will be responsible for implementing standard ways of working, including candidate experience assessment/selection processes, research/diversity‑equity‑and inclusion initiatives, sourcing strategies, and will serve as the primary point of contact for the team and all regional leadership.

Your mission

Talent Acquisition Strategy: develop and execute sales TA strategy aligned with Delivery Hero’s growth objectives, focusing on sales & commercial teams.

Leadership: grow, lead, and mentor a team of recruiters while partnering with other TA leaders.

Employer branding: continue to strengthen our employer branding strategy.

Hiring: oversee day‑to‑day recruitment for sales/commercial teams across 18 markets. Partner with internal teams to drive process improvements and scalable solutions to hire world‑class talent.

Stakeholder management: partner closely with sales/commercial leaders to achieve hiring goals.

Data reporting & analytics: establish & monitor team metrics and KPIs, track key hiring activities, and influence positive change across our hiring processes.

Market intelligence: stay informed about industry trends in APAC, EU & Turkey and surface relevant insights for leadership.

Diversity & Inclusion: implement initiatives to promote D&I within recruiting; partner with internal communities and D&I team.

Your heroic skills
  • 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including a minimum of 4 years managing a recruitment team
  • Experience supporting different regions is required.
  • Proven success leading and scaling teams with a track record of growth and development to drive high performance.
  • Deep understanding of sales/commercial role competencies and market trends.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence all levels of business leaders.
  • Ability to utilize data effectively to drive performance and influence change across the TA landscape.
