DACH Head of Revenue Growth Management role reports to DACH Finance Director. Head of RGM will lead the coordinated approach to enhancing revenue growth, partnering with several collaborators including Sales, Finance, Marketing and Global Sales/RGM teams. Objective is to drive winning growth strategies and organize pricing, promotion, mix management and trade investment workstreams to align with DACH Growth strategy. The leader drives a transformative approach to revenue growth planning. They lead proactive planning that is coordinated with our annual plan cycle and customer teams. The role is critical for turning strategy into action and drive execution via establishing right processes, systems and capabilities across teams. The aim is to increase return on investment and drive best capital allocation towards high growth levers.
