With a team of 900 people around the world, we’re seeking a Head of Product Marketing to build from scratch the function that will sharpen our story, ignite our up-market motion, and accelerate global revenue across every segment.
As the Head of Product Marketing, you will:
- Market Intelligence: Establish a continuous loop of competitor insights, win/loss analysis, and category trends; own battlecards and TAM/SAM/SOM sizing.
- Messaging Framework: Craft and maintain a modular narrative for each ICP, segment, and product line; pressure-test with prospects and customers.
- Revenue Enablement: Translate product value into website copy, sales decks, demo narratives, ROI calculators, and objection-handling guides.
- Team & Process Build-out: Coach and inspire a small but mighty PMM team (2 ICs in Year 1); set up scalable processes and OKRs.
What Will Help You Succeed:
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS PMM, including 3+ years leading or building the function.
- Proven track record in up-market positioning and selling into mid-market/enterprise.
- Strong storytelling and analytical skills; fluent in ARR, pipeline velocity, feature adoption metrics.
- Skilled at turning market intelligence into actionable positioning and sales tactics.
- Confident communicator in English (French a plus) with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Thrives in fast-moving environments, embracing experimentation and rapid iteration.
