• Development, planning, and implementation of new products and relaunches in close collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing

• Management of the entire product lifecycle – from concept development to market launch and product optimization
• Responsibility for assortment strategy, price positioning, and margin development
• Leadership, motivation, and development of the Product Management team
• Close collaboration with external partners, suppliers, and production sites
